Dear Parents!

I hope everyone is enjoying their summer. Believe it or not, school starts in less than 2 months.

We have been busy here getting the preschool prepped for a grand re-opening in August, preparing a spiritual retreat for the 8th graders, working on next years theme, and finalizing room and teacher assignments. We are glad to announce that all our teachers are returning . We have added Mrs. Andrea Johnson and Mrs. Debby Cederblom to work along with Mrs. Fabby Cossyleon and Mrs. Sara Santos in our lower grades. We are welcoming back Ms. Katy Loyko, Mrs. Alexandria Centmeyer, and Coach Jeremy. Both Ms. Gaskin and I are also excited to be back as we also begin our doctorate programs this Fall!

Next week, July 13 – 17 is our annual VBS program from 7 PM – 8:30 PM. The whole famiy is invited for this year’s theme – FOLLYWOOD!

If you haven’t done so already, please bookmark the schools webpage at www.palmviewchristian.org. You may also subscribe to the RSS feed from our blog. This will keep you updated with all school events, reports, fieldtrips, etc.

Final Billings for 2008-09 went out yesterday. Please remit all payments immediately. All future billings will be sent out on or about the 20th of each preceding month and will be considered late on the 1st of the month. Some of you will be receiving your 12 month payment plan or deferred registration billings today. Those are due by Friday, July 17th.

The July 20th billing will be the billing for book fees and the second installment of the twelve month plan – those fees will be due August 1st.

Please note that you can now sign up for the new lunch program Children’s Choice. They will begin delivering meals on the first day of the academic school year, Wednesday, September 2nd. You may sign up through the computer or by telephone.
