Merry Christmas - Extended Care Schedule

Thank you to everyone who attended the Children's Christmas Program!  The kids were great!  On behalf of the entire faculty and staff, we wish you a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year!

School Begins again on Monday, January 4th!

If your bill is delinquent, you may not utilize the Holiday Care and Preschool services during the Break, unless you pay when you bring your student.



Preschool and Extended Care will be open on Mon, Tues, and Wed of both weeks, but closed on Thursdasy and Friday for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Newyears Eve, and New Years Day.

Christmas Parade!


Rain or Shine, the Parade is on!

All float riders, meet at the school at 7:00 AM to get last minute costumes.  The Carreno's will be driving the float for us.  The float riders must be in place at Comstock by 8 AM with the float.  We will carpool from the school.

Bell ringers
Dress in either palm view sweats or dark clothing -- dress warm!  Bells and costumes will be issued at Comstock at 9 AM

Other Participants!
Other students and parents may join us, no later than 9:30 AM.  The parade starts at 10 AM and it appears we will be in the first group.

Bring umbrellas.  We will be bringing pop up tents to keep kids dry in the AM.

The parade route ends at Joe Miller Field.  The float can not stop, but must continue off the parade route.  We suggest that some people park cars there early.

Please, everybody, dress warm and let's have fun as we show our committment to the community!

Palm View Spelling Bee - Jan 15


Palm View Christian School's Spelling Bee will be held on January 15th, one week before hosting the District Wide Bee on January 21st and January 22nd.

All students 1st - 8th grade are invited to participate in their classroom bees.  Classroom bees will be held after the Holiday Break.  The winner and alternate from each grade class will participate in the Palm View Spelling Bee. The winner will receive an invitation to particpate in the District 3 Bee that we host.

The Palm View Spelling Bee will have 3 Divisions

Brand new this year, is the TEACHER and STAFF Division -- All teachers will be using words from the 5th grade word list will the 8th graders serve as judges.

Our Next Division is for our 1st - 4th graders.  The winner and alternate from each class will participate.  The winner of this division will receive an invite to participate in the January 21st District Meet

Our Final Division is for 5th - 8th graders.  The winner and alternate from each class will partipate.  The winner of this division will receive an invite to participate in the January 22nd District

Are You Ready for the Parade? -- Important Info!

The Christmas Parade is this Saturday at 10 AM.  All participants must be in place by 9:30.  The Float and riders must be in place on Comstock by 8 AM.
